Refund Procedure

- Food items must be reported and, if needed, returned within two hours of receipt for a refund to be eligible.
- Non-food items (merchandise, special packages etc.) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Non-food items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or the food received is defective.

Exchanges

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
