'CentralResourceCatalog' started with a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was originally a modest operation run by our family, utilizing recipes passed from generation to generation.

Marco Rossi, our originator, perfected her pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, particularly under the tutelage of pizza masters in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Once she came back to the UK, she brought with her the resolve to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and premium ingredients.

Our once small 12-seat shop has expanded into a community favorite, yet our pledge to quality and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue adhering to traditional wood-fire oven baking, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and carefully selecting the best ingredients available.

Nowadays, 'CentralResourceCatalog' is still owned and operated by our family, with the Rossi descendants at the helm of our passionate crew. Although we've adopted a few contemporary innovations, the core of what we do hasn't changed: concocting mouthwatering, authentic pizza that unites people.
